Bio
I believe that healing doesnβt come from trying to βfix yourself,β but from coming home to the parts of you that were never broken to begin with. Whether youβre navigating trauma, grief, or just trying to figure out who you are in this world, I am here to support you in slowing down, getting curious, and making space for all the parts of you (even the ones that may be hidden or pushed away). My approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your lived experience. Together, we will work to understand your beliefs, patterns, and the
protective strategies that have helped you survive in this worldβ and discover what is still serving you and what isnβt. I believe healing happens in relationship, and I feel so lucky to be able to walk alongside others as they find their way back to themselves and the world around them.
Get To Know
βYouβll usually find me outside β chasing sunsets, hiking at golden hour, or off on a spontaneous adventure with my rescue dog, Tofu. I feel most like myself when Iβm in nature - wandering trails, exploring new places, floating in the ocean, or just meandering with no real plan and reminding myself that joy lives in the in-between moments.β
βWhen Iβm not out adventuring, Iβm probably curled up with a cozy blanket, reading a book, watching a comfort show (usually reality tv), or playing the Sims.β
βMovement is also a very important part of my life β I love doing yoga, bouldering, hiking, and moving my body around in whatever way it may need!β
My favorite quote (right now):
βRarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation.
Healing is an act of communion.β β bell Hooks
