How she can help
I take a strength-based, collaborative, and individualized approach to therapy, supporting clients in identifying and building on what is already working, even when that can feel difficult to see. My goal is to offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I bring a warm and real presence into the room, helping to create a therapeutic relationship that feels deeply human, safe, and natural. I also draw on my own lived experience in a thoughtful and intentional way, allowing for a more relatable and connected experience. We move at your pace and work toward your goals in a way that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most to you, focusing on clarity, self-compassion, resilience, and practical steps forward.

Get to know
Family life and close relationships are a deeply important part of my life. I value connection, humour, and the everyday moments shared with my husband and two teenage daughters. Food, laughter, and shared experiences are central to how we stay connected and balanced, whether through cooking, watching movies, skiing, or being creative together.
I’m also a proud dog mom to my fur baby, Gracie. Our walks and hikes are grounding, and often the most mindful part of my day, helping me to stay present and connected to nature, which I’m very passionate about.
I’m also a big fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and the Calgary Stampeders, and I truly appreciate the resilience and determination that sports often reflect.
