How she can help
I am dedicated to understanding what you’re feeling and experiencing so that, together, we can build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I believe healing begins with gentleness. My hope is to help you GIFT yourself the softness and patience that life may not have always offered you.
Together, we might notice the patterns in life to understand shame and unhook from self-doubt. In addition to our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, I work with the body and our physical sensations. If you’re ready to let go of the constant struggle and open yourself up to care and connection, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
THERAPIST VIBE CHECK: Present. Curious. Holistic. A blend of poetic and intuitive & grounded and practical.
Get to know Seni
If there is a good playlist on, I am probably painting or cooking. If there is a good show on, you will find me crocheting or puzzling. If there is a good candle burning, I am likely singing on my piano/guitar or reading one of the six books I started reading. And while I do all of these things, there is a 30/10 chance that I am googling all my intrusive thoughts and forgetting to drink water.
I am a first-gen immigrant from South Korea (came when I was 11) and a first-gen graduate of university. I am also the sole caretaker of a parent with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), a role that teaches me about patience, about womanhood, and complex, complicated love.
I completed my yoga teacher training in Peru! Every morning or evening you will find me on my mat but every moment of life I am practicing my “off-mat” yoga- mindfulness, acceptance, gratitude, breathwork, and ethical living.
