How she can help
I am dedicated to understanding what you’re feeling and experiencing so that, together, we can build a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling.
As we exhale, we might notice the thoughts that ruminate and the emotions that linger, and understand how they can help us in order to create a sense of choice over what feels outside of our control.
I pull wisdom from a variety of therapeutic modalities as well as the life experiences of my clients and my own.
I hope to help you gift yourself the softness and patience that life may not have always offered you. If you’re ready to let go of the constant struggle and open yourself up to care and connection, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
THERAPIST VIBE CHECK: Present. Curious. Holistic. A blend of poetic and intuitive & grounded and practical.
Get to know Seni
I am an immigrant from South Korea and a first-gen university graduate. I am also a caregiver to a parent with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), a role that teaches me about patience, womanhood, and complex, complicated love.
I always chased after all there is to be known, but I’ve learned that nothing beats what can be felt. I love to create through painting, knitting, playing instruments and singing, just as much as I enjoy being inspired through reading, yoga, and spending time in nature
I completed my yoga teacher training in Peru! What began as a way to cope with my chronic pain became a life philosophy. Every evening you will find me on my mat, but my real favourite is “off-mat” yoga- mindfulness, acceptance, gratitude, and ethical living.
