How she can help

Growing up while navigating multiple expectations, from family, culture, or society, can sometimes feel overwhelming and isolating. You might find yourself caught between honoring your roots, meeting the expectations of others, and wanting to create your own identity. Family conflict and life transitions can also feel heavy, especially when relationships are complicated or patterns keep repeating themselves.

Therapy can be a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported as you work through these complexities. Together, we’ll explore the pressures you carry, strengthen your confidence, and help you build a sense of balance between where you come from and where you want to go. I strive to create a safe space where your voice is heard, where we can unpack family dynamics, and where you can begin to move through conflict in healthier ways. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion, with the goal of helping you feel more rooted in yourself and more supported in your relationships.

Get To Know

I love exploring new cafΓ©s and hunting for the perfect latte or matcha, with bonus points if it’s a seasonal flavor.

I enjoy being outdoors, whether it’s hiking, long walks, or just soaking up some fresh air. In my free time, I get creative with painting, drawing, junk journaling, or making jewelry. Sometimes I go all-in on a craft obsession, haha!

I also love a good book, and staying active with basketball or pickleball. When it’s time to relax, you’ll often find me binge-watching Schitt’s CreekSuits, The Office, or This Is Us.
