Experience
I’ve worked in the social services field for over 12
years. The settings that I’ve worked in range from
non-profit (Calgary Distress Centre, Hull Services,
Between Friends, Cerebral Palsy Kids and Families,
Christine Meikle School, PACEkids) to private
practice. My BCR degree and background working
with the most vulnerable populations have fostered
my belief that mental health care should be
accessible and that everyone’s unique experience
and identity deserves to be understood.

for therapy”, I’m your gal! I specialize in trauma
and believe that we can't think our way out of a
dysregulated nervous system; I focus on
body-based/ somatic approaches in the therapy
space to help you heal from trauma that is stuck
in the body. When we feel safe enough to connect
to ourselves, we are better able to connect with
others!”
Get To Know
In my time off, you can find me creating content for
social media, snuggling my 3 cats, connecting with
loved ones or heading out to the mountains for
some R&R!
I love everything reality TV (if you didn’t already
know). Love is Blind? You bet. The Bachelor? Of
course. Anything TLC?! Heck yes.
